Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Ensure all equipment is inspected and in proper working condition.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with packaging and preparing shipments for distribution.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and stock management.
- Strong willingness to learn and obtain a forklift certification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fresno facility.
