Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Ensure all shipments are accurately scanned, labeled, and stored in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Inspect machinery daily for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping quotas efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies as required.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator license (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety.
