Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and pallet jacks in strict accordance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from storage areas, docks, and delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and log stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class 1, 3, or 4) with a valid, up-to-date license.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing heavy manual labor for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred).
