Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily inventory checks and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage zones.
- Inspect equipment for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping readiness.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
