Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Sort, palletize, and stage inventory according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for logging inventory.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C).
