Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts (Reach Truck, Sit-Down, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to move materials and products.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S warehouse standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and updating logs accurately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CSCS/OSHA) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
