Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, including drug-free workplace and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
