Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect machinery for defects and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Accurately count, scan, and verify inventory against shipping/receiving documents.
- Follow all company safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
