Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations and reporting hazards immediately.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing freight to ensure efficient workflow and stock rotation.
- Perform routine equipment checks to ensure machinery is functioning correctly before each shift.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, day-shift hours.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
