Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery according to OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize and maintain stock in designated areas to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily targets and workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours and weekends.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
