Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to order requirements.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and conditions before packaging.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
