Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and prepare them for dispatch.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following safety guidelines and pick lists.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
