Responsibilities
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock storage areas.
- Conduct routine safety checks and report any facility maintenance issues immediately.
- Load and unload trucks using proper material handling techniques.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
