Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality, damage, and correct labeling before shipment.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Sort and stage merchandise according to designated shipping routes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when accessing loading docks.
