Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack products from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure only high-quality products reach the customer.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory systems as required.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners safely and according to safety protocols.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and preparation of outbound shipments.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record required.
- Communication: Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
