Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise using handheld scanners and picking lists with 99% accuracy.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damaged stock immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read a pick list.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
