Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Scan barcodes and verify item codes to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to facilitate the shipping process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading labels and picking tickets.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
