Responsibilities
- Efficiently retrieve and select products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners.
- Package and label items securely to ensure safe transit and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Process returns and prepare inventory counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
