Responsibilities
- Picking Orders: Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on pick tickets.
- Packing & Labeling: Securely pack items into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Workflow Efficiency: Adhere to strict safety protocols and productivity targets to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work instructions.
