Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items from inventory based on customer orders.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to scan barcodes and verify item details.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load outbound shipments onto delivery trucks safely and securely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment centers is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
