Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from shelves using handheld scanners and pick tickets.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap) to prevent damage.
- Verify order accuracy, ensuring the correct quantity and product are selected.
- Label packages accurately for domestic and international shipping.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk on concrete floors.
