Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves according to pick lists and packing slips.
- Ensure all orders are accurate, complete, and properly labeled.
- Load and unload trailers using appropriate equipment (hand truck, pallet jack, forklift).
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read a screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
