Your Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise accurately according to customer orders.
- Label, wrap, and prepare items for shipping using proper packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouse).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
