Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality, damage, and correct labeling to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying inventory against packing slips and digital manifests.
- Collaborate with team leads and logistics coordinators to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in inventory control procedures and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided for candidates without experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts).
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and barcode scanners accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
