Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory data.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, packaged, and ready for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime.
