Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect products for quality control and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Verify inventory counts and update systems to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping quotas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
