Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Verify accuracy of products against order details to ensure 100% order fulfillment accuracy.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipping using appropriate materials and machinery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (shifts are active).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must have a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
