Your Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (sometimes required for vehicle movement).
