Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Label, wrap, and prepare items for shipping according to strict safety standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed to ensure timely dispatch.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic math skills for scanning, labeling, and counting inventory.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
