Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and package products from the warehouse inventory based on customer orders.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage or defects and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing the warehouse floor.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor systems.
- Load Preparation: Properly label, shrink-wrap, and load goods onto outbound delivery trucks.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level applicants.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Math Skills: Basic ability to read orders and perform quick mental math.
- Availability: Flexibility to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
