What You Will Do:
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management tasks with high accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Inspect equipment for proper functionality and report any maintenance issues.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move products within the warehouse and dock areas.
- Execute accurate inventory checks and stock organization.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFOT) license required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
