Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
