Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders efficiently.
- Ensure all orders are labeled correctly and placed in designated shipping zones.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
