Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from storage areas using handheld scanners and picking tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and prepare them for dispatch.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure order accuracy before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) as required by training.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
