Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to pick tickets and shipping requirements.
- Ensure all products are accurately weighed, labeled, and staged for shipment.
- Verify product quality and check for any damages before packaging.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work varying shifts.
