Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count all incoming stock and materials and record data accurately.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
