Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging standards are met to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Sort, organize, and label inventory in the warehouse system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and performance goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using freight handlers.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in outdoor docks.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
