Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve products from shelves and prepare them for shipping according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing storage areas efficiently.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks accurately and promptly during shift changes.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic math skills for scanning and counting; ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
