Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select products based on customer orders and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure inventory records are up-to-date.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely and safe manner.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Punctual with a consistent work history.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience required for qualified candidates.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for reading orders and safety instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the workplace.
