Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and specifications.
- Scan barcodes and labels to ensure inventory accuracy and proper order fulfillment.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in order fulfillment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
