Responsibilities
- Pick products from shelves using RF scanners and pick lists to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Package and label items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order quantities against packing slips and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate counting.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to wear appropriate safety gear and follow strict safety guidelines.
