Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pack items into boxes, bags, and crates ensuring they are secure for shipping.
- Pick Items Efficiently: Retrieve merchandise from shelves and storage areas based on digital pick lists.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes and maintain accurate records of stock movement.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate Equipment: Utilize hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided) as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read labels, pick lists, and safety instructions.
