Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select products from shelves and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure accurate labeling and packaging standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and keeping stock areas organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure workspace.
- Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with technology (RF scanners).
