Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify items from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) to move materials efficiently.
- Label, package, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Scan barcodes and use handheld scanners to update inventory systems in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick lists accurately.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
