Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve merchandise from shelves using scanners or RF guns and pack orders into boxes or totes for shipping.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and ensure all stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate standard warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: A minimum of a high school education is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, scan barcodes, and follow written instructions precisely.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
