Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select products using handheld scanners and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems to move materials efficiently.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following all OSHA safety protocols.
- Labeling & Documentation: Apply correct shipping labels and complete necessary paperwork for each order batch.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify numbers and ensure accuracy in a high-volume setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Computer Literacy: Basic comfort with technology and handheld scanning devices.
