Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy using warehouse management software.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, sorted, and staged for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification provided on-site).
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Meet daily production quotas and handle physical tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
