Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick items from shelves and verify order accuracy using scanning equipment.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with correct addresses and shipping weights.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely when certified.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Inspect goods for defects and report any quality issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
