Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor based on digital orders and pack them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts by checking stock levels and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required by the shift.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets shipping standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail picking is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize returns.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
