Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to manage inventory.
- Inspect items for quality control and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Load and unload pallets and packages efficiently during busy periods.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting production goals.
